Meet Lauren Unger

Lauren Unger’s flair for decorating, coupled with her early exposure to the real estate market, led her to pursue a career in real estate. Both her father and brother are successful real estate agents and investors.

Born and raised in Westchester County, New York, Lauren earned a bachelor’s degree in Education from American University and a master’s degree in Curriculum and Development from Teachers College, Columbia University. She taught science in Manhattan for eight years before transitioning into real estate, where she has built more than a decade of experience helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

Lauren developed extensive knowledge of the New York City market, particularly the Upper West Side, where she became highly familiar with apartment buildings, neighborhood trends, and the features that make a property truly stand out. Her strong market insight, attention to detail, research skills, and commitment to exceptional client service have consistently helped buyers and sellers navigate complex real estate transactions with confidence.

Eight years ago, Lauren relocated to the Westchase community in Tampa, Florida, where she and her family have proudly called home ever since. Now, she is excited to bring the same level of expertise, professionalism, and personalized service that defined her New York real estate career to the Florida market. Combining her deep understanding of client needs with her passion for real estate and design, Lauren is dedicated to helping buyers, sellers, and investors find the right opportunities throughout the Tampa Bay area.
